HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE?
The reporter's identity is not shared with the person being reported. However, every report is manually reviewed by our moderators and taken seriously. Due to the volume of reports we receive, it may take up to 2 to 4 working days for a report to be reviewed.

ARE iDIVINE CREATION TECHNOLOGIES GAMES FREE TO PLAY?
All iDivine Creation Technologies games are free to download, offering optional "in-app purchases". In-app purchases are never required to play the game but can be used to enhance certain gameplay elements. In-app purchases vary in price, ranging from $0.99 to $99.99 (excluding taxes) in U.S. app stores, for example. In-app purchases are made with real money and are always clearly identified as such. They can be accessed within the game itself, providing options to make a purchase.
CAN I MANAGE OR TURN OFF IN-APP PURCHASES?
If no payment information, such as credit card details, is added to your child's device, no purchases can be made. If you decide to make purchases for your child and add your payment information to the device, remember to adjust password protection settings or disable in-app purchases entirely afterward to prevent unauthorized purchases.If any unauthorized purchases are made by child, it is the parent's responsibility.

WHO PROCESSES IN-APP PURCHASES?
iDivine Creation Technologies does not process payments for in-app purchases or have access to credit card information. Payment transactions are handled through the App Store or Google Play (depending on your device) using the personal email address associated with the respective account. Transaction receipts are sent to you by Apple or Google via email after each purchase. In some cases, purchases may be bundled together, and it may take a few days for you to receive the receipt. These post-purchase processes are subject to change by Apple or Google. iDivine Creation Technologies does not offer any billing programs.
ARE MY BANK DETAILS KEPT PRIVATE?
We don't process payments for in-app purchases, nor do we have access to any of your payment information. That's because the payment transactions themselves are completed through iDivine Creation Technologies' designated payment providers, such as Apple's App Store or Google Play (depending on your device), using your personal email address associated with that account. Receipts for these transactions are emailed to you by the respective payment provider after each purchase (please note that any post-purchase processes are controlled by the payment provider and are subject to their policies and changes).
I'VE MADE AN IN-GAME PURCHASE, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR. WHAT NOW?
Usually, transactions are processed instantly. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 48 hours for transactions to be fully processed by the payment provider and reflected in your game. To troubleshoot, we recommend restarting the app by fully closing and reopening it. Sometimes, establishing a fresh connection to the servers can trigger the in-app items or currency to appear.
If 48 hours have passed and you still haven't received your purchase, please contact the respective payment provider directly for further assistance and more information.
MY CHILD ACCIDENTALLY MADE AN IN-APP PURCHASE. CAN I GET A REFUND?
As with most downloadable software products, items bought in our games (in-app purchases) are generally non-refundable. However, in rare cases, exceptions can be made.

In your message, please provide the name of the game in which the purchase was made and attach the purchase receipt & transaction ID. Receipts for transactions are emailed to you by Google after each purchase.
Please note: Receipts for transactions are typically emailed to you by Apple or Google shortly after each purchase. However, if you have made multiple purchases, they may be bundled together, which could result in longer processing times. Any post-purchase processes are subject to change by Apple or Google. iDivine Creation Technologies does not offer any billing programs.
I’VE SEEN ANOTHER SITE THAT OFFERS IN-GAME PRODUCTS FOR iDIVINE CREATION TECHNOLOGIES GAMES. CAN I BUY FROM THEM?
If you wish to make an in-app purchase, the only legitimate way is to buy directly through the game itself on your mobile device. Be cautious of any third-party websites that claim to offer enhancements for our games, such as "free gem" websites, as they may be fraudulent. These sites can potentially collect your personal information and money without delivering the promised in-game products. Please note that selling, redeeming, or trading virtual in-game currency is strictly prohibited according to our Terms of Service.

I’VE RECEIVED A BILL FOR A PURCHASE I DIDN’T MAKE. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I SUSPECT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY?
If you or anyone who has access to your device have not made any purchases within our iDivine Creation Technologies games, but you have received a bill for such purchases, it is possible that your Google or Apple account has been compromised. In such cases, it is crucial to take immediate action by contacting Apple or Google using the instructions provided below:
